COVID-19 Response
With many of the restrictions having been lifted in Ohio, we are entering a new phase of precaution and prevention in our continued fight against the COVID-19 virus. These have been difficult months, but with the dedication of our staff and continued patronage of our wonderful customers, we have been able to continue to provide Dayton our services. We are excited for this new phase and to continue serving this great city. Moving forward, we will be taking the following preventative measures to protect our customers and employees.
Employee Precautions
All employees receive a daily wellness check including checking their temperature. If they are exhibiting any of the symptoms or have come in contact with anyone that has exhibited any symptoms of COVID-19, they will be asked to return home immediately.
Any employee that will be entering a customer’s home is required to wear a mask and gloves. They will also sanitize their work areas before and after their tasks.
Showroom Policies
We are excited to say our showroom is open to the public, including Saturdays, but with the following restrictions. Children are not permitted in the building. All visitors to the showroom are required to wash their hands upon entry and must wear a mask. We have masks available for those who don’t have one. Also, we will be limiting the number of customers permitted in the showroom and warehouse at any given time. Customers may be asked to return to their car until a salesperson is available for them. Because of this, we are encouraging making an appointment whenever possible.
To set up an appointment email info@scdayton.com or call us at 937-298-9572.
We can also offer “Virtual Visits” where a designer can work with you over email, including quoting and sending images of slabs. If you would like to start this dialogue, please email info@scdayton.com. We highly encourage this as it reduces any potential exposure.
What You Can Do
For all of our current and future clients we ask you take similar precautions to those we have outlined above. If you are currently sick or have been directly exposed to anyone with the virus, please contact us to reschedule any appointments.
Any service call not deemed an emergency will be scheduled once the Stay-at-Home order has been rescinded.
We thank you for your understanding and patience while we all face these unprecedented times together. We know there will a day soon when we can return to a semblance of normalcy and we look forward to continuing our long relationship with this great city.
